Gifts In-Kind

There are many ways in which you may support the Tucson Interfaith HIV/AIDS Network. While monetary donations will help us continue to provide services to people living with HIV and AIDS, in-kind donations are also greatly appreciated. Below are listed just a few of the ways in which your in-kind donation may be used. Please note that this is not a complete list. If you have a service or item you no longer have a use for, please contact the TIHAN office and we will arrange for it to be put to good use.

Poz Café

Each month we hold a lunch and social hour for persons who are HIV positive. The food for these meals is generously donated by the congregation sponsoring that month’s meal. A local bakery has pitched in bread when needed. Treasures for TIHAN

Each year, in late winter/early spring TIHAN holds its annual "Treasures for TIHAN" Auction fundraiser. Through the generous donations from TIHAN supporters we are able to raise much needed funds. Donations from supporters to be auctioned off range from original signed artwork to numbered prints to exercise equipment which is gathering dust to gift certificates at local restaurants or out-of-town resorts.

Raffle Prizes

Similar to the Treasures of TIHAN event noted above, TIHAN holds various raffles throughout the year for fundraising efforts. Unlike the auction, the items donated should be new. Gift certificates are especially welcome. Perhaps you have a new business or want to spread the word about your business. Hundreds of people on our mailing list will be able to read about the gift certificate you were kind enough to donate.
