How to Become a Sponsor

 

Individuals or businesses can become an event sponsor.  Categories are as follows:

$5,000   Diamond Sponsor
$3,000   Ruby Sponsor
$2,500   Emerald Sponsor
$1,500   Sapphire Sponsor
$500   Turquoise Sponsor

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Diamond (Title) $5,000

As our Title sponsor, Treasures for TIHAN will provide:

  • Designation as the title sponsor of the event, i.e. ABC Company’s Treasures for TIHAN
    Inclusion in pre-event radio promotion on Clear Channel Radio

  • Inclusion in pre-event print promotion, including Desert Leaf

  • Logo on Invitations and Save the Date cards

  • Logo on tickets

  • Logo on the official program distributed to guests

  • Link on the TIHAN site

  • Inclusion in our newsletter

  • Two full page ads in the official program

  • One page of editorial in the official program

  • Display of three banners at the event

  • Twenty (20) tickets to the event

 

RUBY (Presenting) $3,000

As our Presenting sponsor, Treasures for TIHAN will provide:

  • Designation as the presenting sponsor of the event, i.e. Treasures for TIHAN presented by ABC Company

  • Inclusion in pre-event radio promotion on Clear Channel Radio

  • Inclusion in pre-event print promotion, including Desert Leaf

  • Logo on Invitations and Save the Date cards

  • Logo on tickets

  • Logo on the official program distributed to guests

Emerald (Category) $2,500

As an Emerald sponsor, Treasures for TIHAN will provide:

  • Display of one banner at the event

  • Eight (8) tickets to the event
Sapphire (Event) $1,500

As a Sapphire sponsor, Treasures for TIHAN will provide:

  • Inclusion in pre-event print promotion, including Desert Leaf

  • Link on the TIHAN site

  • Inclusion in our newsletter

  • One half page ad in the official program

  • Recognition in the program as a sponsor

  • Display of one banner at the event

  • Six (6) tickets to the event
Turquoise $500

As a Turquoise sponsor, Treasures for TIHAN will provide:

  • One half-page ad in the official program

  • Recognition in the program as a sponsor

How to Donate Items

Auction items that you would like to donate or that you have collected for the event may be dropped off at the TIHAN office (1011 North Craycroft, #301) between 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday. Also, item pickup may be arranged by calling Jill at Detail Management at 520-323-1128.
