Volunteer If you would like to help out at "Treasures for
TIHAN," please return the completed form below by email,
mail, fax or in person. You will be contacted in early April
to confirm your volunteer activity. You will be contacted
again approximately 10 ten days prior to the event to confirm
the details. Thank you for volunteering your time! Available Volunteer Positions
- AUCTION ITEM LOAD OUT (from storage into truck)
Friday May 8, 2:00 to 6:00 pm
Plumer/Broadway
Attire: jeans, tee shirt, tennis shoes.

Saturday May 9, 7:00 to 10:00 am
Doubletree Hotel at Reid Park
Attire: jeans, tee shirt, tennis shoes.
- EVENT SET UP
Saturday May 9, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Doubletree Hotel at Reid Park
Attire: jeans, tee shirt, tennis shoes.
Please note: Requires carrying, lifting and moving items.
- EVENT OPERATIONS

Please note: Requires standing and moving around all
evening. There are no event volunteer positions that
involve sitting.
- 4:30 to 10:00 pm
4:30 Check-in, assignment and distribution of name
badge & dinner coupon.
5:00-5:30 Training.
5:30-6:15 Dinner.
6:15-10:00 Assigned volunteer position.
Attire: resort casual clothes, comfortable shoes.
- 10:00 pm to Midnight
Guest check out, tear down.
Attire: jeans, tee shirt, tennis shoes.
