The
Treasures for TIHAN 2010 Auction Benefit was a great success,
raising tens of thousands of dollars in support of people
living with HIV/AIDS. And there's still time to add to our

Congratulations
and thanks to our Treasures co-chairs, committee members,
solicitors, and volunteers who worked so hard to make this
event a success for the programs of TIHAN and the people we
serve. And thanks to our event sponsors, to the many
individuals and businesses who donated items, and to all the
supporters who bid on auction items, purchased raffle tickets,
donated a piece of their heart, and made tax-deductible
contributions in support of TIHAN’s programs.
This
year’s event was a wonderful tribute to our volunteers who
give so generously and work so hard to create a more informed
and compassionate community where everyone is loved and valued
and cared for, and to our CarePartners living with HIV/AIDS
who inspire us with their courage and their love. These are
the true treasures of TIHAN.
Thanks
so much for a great event which helped raise the visibility of
TIHAN, bringing in more volunteers and donors who learned of
our mission and the amazing programs and people of TIHAN. And
thanks also for the thousands of dollars that will be
translated into education programs to reduce the stigma and
increase the understanding, into volunteer programs that
channel faith and compassion into works of justice and mercy,
and into care and support programs that help those in need.
We
are grateful to the businesses, groups, sponsors, artists,
volunteers, and donors who gave so generously so that TIHAN
